Electric curtain track range

Motorized curtain tracks: 38 profiles, four installation families

Choose by how the track is fixed and which motor it takes. Track bodies run from 0.315 to 1.13 kg per metre, so the profile you pick also decides your freight cost.

Families

The range in detail

  • Integrated motor and light track

One extrusion carries the belt drive and a built-in COB light strip, so no separate lighting channel is needed inside the curtain box.

Buyer question:: Can I get curtain control and cove lighting from a single track without a second light channel?

  • Recessed built-in track

Ceiling-pocket bodies made in two motor interfaces so the track is fully concealed when the curtain is open.

Buyer question:: Will the track vanish into a plasterboard pocket and still take the motor brand I already stock?

  • LED square track

A square-profile track with a downward-facing light channel, specified by the metre with the full accessory set.

Buyer question:: What section, lengths and carton quantity do I order for a lit square track?

  • Belt-drive track profiles

The full extrusion range that accepts a belt drive, quoted by mould number with the theoretical mass per metre published for every body so freight can be sized before the quotation arrives.

Buyer question:: Which profile number do I specify, and what will the shipment weigh?

What arrives in the carton

Standard bill of materials for one motorized track

The same configuration is issued across the motorized range. Quantities of sliding beads and drive belt follow the track length.

  • 1 motor
  • 1 remote controller
  • 1 pair of transmission boxes
  • 1 pair of carriers (sliding trolleys)
  • 1 internal splice strip
  • 2 stainless steel or plastic hooks
  • 2 stainless steel end locks
  • Ceiling brackets and second-layer brackets
  • N sliding beads to the track length
  • N metres of drive belt as a single run

These are typical bill-of-material lines for the motorized range. Exact contents vary by family and are confirmed on the quotation.

Quick answers

The questions buyers ask at this point

Which curtain track motors do IKSUN tracks work with?

Of the 38 track bodies, 14 are produced for Jialisi drives, 8 for Somfy drives, and 16 are universal belt-drive profiles quoted without a motor. The recessed built-in body is made in Somfy and Jialisi motor interfaces, so a distributor can keep one motor inventory across projects.

Can a track body be ordered without a motor?

Part of the range can. 16 of the 38 track bodies are universal belt-drive profiles that are quoted without a motor, while the AT81 and the recessed built-in body are specified together with their drive system. Every IKSUN track body is quoted by its mould number, which is the die identification the factory uses, together with its theoretical mass per metre for freight calculation.

What do the curtain track profiles weigh per metre?

IKSUN track bodies run from 0.315 to 1.13 kilograms per metre; the lightest is mould CS101 and the heaviest is mould CP83. The theoretical mass per metre is published for every profile so importers can calculate freight and container loading before the quotation arrives.
