The reason the mass per metre and the section drawings are accurate on this site is that the profiles are made here. We are not reselling a catalogue.
Process
What happens in house
01
Extrusion
Aluminium profiles are extruded on five lines. Curtain track sections, including the motorized and recessed bodies, are run against the factory's own dies.

Surface treatment
Electrophoretic coating, anodising and powder coating are applied in house. Electrophoresis is the standard finish on the motorized range and is specified for moisture and heat resistance.

Deep processing
Cutting, punching, bending and assembly are carried out on site, so a track arrives as a finished assembly rather than as raw profile.
04
Inspection before packing
Profiles are checked against the order before packing. Packing specifications, including bundle quantities and standard lengths, are written per order.

ISO 9001 is named in our brochures, but the certificate file is not yet on disk, so the mark stays withheld until it is.

Our export brochure lists 7 as the destinations for these track systems. Motorized tracks carry CE EMC and CE LVD certification, which is what most European and Middle Eastern importers ask for first.
