What we need to price an order
What happens after you send it
- 1. Your enquiry is recorded. It is written to our enquiry database before anything else, so nothing is lost if the notification email is delayed.
- 2. We check the profile. Not every mould is in stock for every finish. If the one you asked for needs a run or a new die, we say so instead of quoting a date we cannot hold.
- 3. You get price, lead time and carton data. The quotation states the entity, the payment terms and the packing specification for your order.
Before you write
- If your motor is neither Somfy nor Jialisi, mention the brand - the interface is checked before we quote, not after.
- Quote a mould number if you know it. The profile table lists all 38 of them with mass per metre.
- If you are comparing us against a current supplier, send their spec sheet. We will answer against the same numbers.
