Questions buyers ask before ordering

Straight answers on the motorized range - profiles, motors, packing and the certificates we hold.

  1. What does IKSUN manufacture?

Guangdong Yikaixuan Window Decoration Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures motorized curtain tracks in Foshan, Guangdong, China under the IKSUN brand, and has manufactured curtain track systems since 2003 (the company was incorporated in 2017). The IKSUN motorized range is organised into four families: an integrated motor-and-light track (AT81), a recessed built-in track, an LED square track (WR510) and the belt-drive profile range.

  2. How many motorized curtain track profiles does IKSUN offer?

The current tooling list holds 38 motorized curtain track profiles, plus 4 additional dies for motor housings and accessories. Every IKSUN track body is quoted by its mould number, which is the die identification the factory uses, together with its theoretical mass per metre for freight calculation.

  3. What do the curtain track profiles weigh per metre?

IKSUN track bodies run from 0.315 to 1.13 kilograms per metre; the lightest is mould CS101 and the heaviest is mould CP83. The theoretical mass per metre is published for every profile so importers can calculate freight and container loading before the quotation arrives.

  4. Which curtain track motors do IKSUN tracks work with?

Of the 38 track bodies, 14 are produced for Jialisi drives, 8 for Somfy drives, and 16 are universal belt-drive profiles quoted without a motor. The recessed built-in body is made in Somfy and Jialisi motor interfaces, so a distributor can keep one motor inventory across projects.

  5. Can a track body be ordered without a motor?

Part of the range can. 16 of the 38 track bodies are universal belt-drive profiles that are quoted without a motor, while the AT81 and the recessed built-in body are specified together with their drive system. Every IKSUN track body is quoted by its mould number, which is the die identification the factory uses, together with its theoretical mass per metre for freight calculation.

  6. What sections is the recessed built-in track available in?

The IKSUN recessed built-in track is produced in two ceiling-pocket sections, 41.97 x 21.7 mm and 40 x 26 mm, so it can match a pocket already drawn by a project architect. The recessed built-in body is made in Somfy and Jialisi motor interfaces, so a distributor can keep one motor inventory across projects.

  7. What is the AT81 motorized curtain track?

The IKSUN AT81 integrated motor-and-light track has a 2.0 mm thickened rail wall and a drive belt with stranded steel wires rated at a tensile resistance of at least 600 N. The AT81 carries its COB light strip inside the same extrusion as the belt drive, so the curtain box needs no separate lighting channel, and the strip has no polarity to observe when fitting. It is aimed at hotel and apartment projects where the curtain box has to carry a light cove as well as the track.

  8. What length and packing does the WR510 LED track ship in?

The IKSUN WR510 is a 31.1 x 22.5 mm square curtain track with a downward-facing LED channel, so the light falls on the curtain rather than across the ceiling. WR510 is supplied in 6.7 m standard lengths at 30 pieces per bundle, with sealing, rolling beads, top code brackets and one power adapter and light strip per piece.

  9. Where is the IKSUN factory and how large is it?

The IKSUN plant covers 12,000 square metres in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, and runs five aluminium extrusion lines with a monthly extrusion capacity of 800 tonnes. Extrusion, surface treatment (anodising, electrophoretic coating and powder coating) and deep processing are all carried out in house, so a track arrives as a finished assembly rather than raw profile.

  10. Which certifications does IKSUN hold?

CE EMC and CE LVD certificates are held against the motorized curtain track range, and CE RoHS against the curtain track; the certificate PDFs are published on the factory page. ISO 9001 is not published as a badge on this site because the original certificate is not in the documentation set the company holds.

  11. Which countries do IKSUN curtain tracks ship to?

IKSUN motorized curtain tracks are exported to buyers in 195 countries, with Canada, Australia, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Japan and Africa among the named markets. Where a market needs its own dimensions and language, the packing data and the product page content are produced per market rather than translated.

  12. How do I request a curtain track quotation?

IKSUN quotations are handled by one sales team reachable at supplier@iksuncurtaintrack.com, +86 189 0086 1782, or WhatsApp +86 189 2893 4599; a quote needs the profile or mould number, a quantity and a destination country. Drawings, section samples and certificate copies are sent on request with the quotation.

  13. What are the AT81 rail and belt specifications?

The IKSUN AT81 integrated motor-and-light track has a 2.0 mm thickened rail wall and a drive belt with stranded steel wires rated at a tensile resistance of at least 600 N. Those two figures are what a consultant checks before the AT81 is detailed into a curtain box.

  14. Are the AT81 light and drive in one extrusion?

The AT81 carries its COB light strip inside the same extrusion as the belt drive, so the curtain box needs no separate lighting channel, and the strip has no polarity to observe when fitting. That is why the AT81 is specified for hotel and apartment curtain boxes where one pocket has to carry both the track and the light.

  15. What ceiling-pocket sections is the recessed built-in track made in?

The IKSUN recessed built-in track is produced in two ceiling-pocket sections, 41.97 x 21.7 mm and 40 x 26 mm, so it can match a pocket already drawn by a project architect. A consultant can therefore match a pocket already drawn rather than re-cutting the ceiling detail.

  16. Which motor interfaces does the recessed built-in body come in?

The recessed built-in track body is made in Somfy and Jialisi motor interfaces, so a distributor can keep one motor inventory across projects. Both interfaces are produced on the same body, so the ceiling detail does not change with the motor brand.

  17. What section does the WR510 have and which way does its light face?

The IKSUN WR510 is a 31.1 x 22.5 mm square curtain track with a downward-facing LED channel, so the light falls on the curtain rather than across the ceiling. The downward channel is why the light washes the curtain instead of striping the ceiling.

  18. What is the WR510 packing, and what ships with each piece?

WR510 is supplied in 6.7 m standard lengths at 30 pieces per bundle, with sealing, rolling beads, top code brackets and one power adapter and light strip per piece. The length and the bundle count are what set the container loading for a WR510 order.
