Those three things are enough for us to quote. Everything else - the ceiling detail, the motor brand, the finish colour - can follow on email or WhatsApp.

What we need to price an order

Request a quotation

Give us the profile or model, the quantity and the destination country. Drawings and ceiling details can follow by email - the more precise the first message, the faster you get a price.

We reply from supplier@iksuncurtaintrack.com.

Metres, pieces or 20ft / 40ft container - whichever you work in.

Mention the motor brand you use if it is not Somfy or Jialisi, and we will check the interface before quoting.

We use your details only to answer this enquiry.

We reply within one working day. Your enquiry goes straight to our export desk. Quote the profile, the quantity and the destination country and we will come back with the price and the freight options for your market.

What happens after you send it

  1. 1. Your enquiry is recorded. It is written to our enquiry database before anything else, so nothing is lost if the notification email is delayed.
  2. 2. We check the profile. Not every mould is in stock for every finish. If the one you asked for needs a run or a new die, we say so instead of quoting a date we cannot hold.
  3. 3. You get price, lead time and carton data. The quotation states the entity, the payment terms and the packing specification for your order.

Before you write

  • If your motor is neither Somfy nor Jialisi, mention the brand - the interface is checked before we quote, not after.
  • Quote a mould number if you know it. The profile table lists all 38 of them with mass per metre.
  • If you are comparing us against a current supplier, send their spec sheet. We will answer against the same numbers.

Quick answers

The questions buyers ask at this point

How do I request a curtain track quotation?

IKSUN quotations are handled by one sales team reachable at supplier@iksuncurtaintrack.com, +86 189 0086 1782, or WhatsApp +86 189 2893 4599; a quote needs the profile or mould number, a quantity and a destination country. Drawings, section samples and certificate copies are sent on request with the quotation.

Where is the IKSUN factory and how large is it?

The IKSUN plant covers 12,000 square metres in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, and runs five aluminium extrusion lines with a monthly extrusion capacity of 800 tonnes. Extrusion, surface treatment (anodising, electrophoretic coating and powder coating) and deep processing are all carried out in house, so a track arrives as a finished assembly rather than raw profile.

Which certifications does IKSUN hold?

CE EMC and CE LVD certificates are held against the motorized curtain track range, and CE RoHS against the curtain track; the certificate PDFs are published on the factory page. ISO 9001 is not published as a badge on this site because the original certificate is not in the documentation set the company holds.
