IKSUN is a manufacturer, not a reseller: extrusion, surface treatment and deep processing are all carried out in house across five extrusion lines with 800 tonnes of monthly capacity. The IKSUN range is four families: an integrated motor-and-light track (AT81), a recessed built-in track, an LED square track (WR510) and the belt-drive profile range - pick the family, then customise finish and length.
Quoted by mould number
Every IKSUN track body is quoted by its mould number together with its theoretical mass per metre, so a custom length is priced from the same figure the factory uses for freight.

What finishes are available?
Anodising, electrophoretic coating and powder coating are all done in house, so a specified colour or coating can be applied to the chosen profile rather than only the standard finishes.
What is the MOQ for a custom order?
Standard tooling profiles are quoted by mould number with no custom die, while a new die carries an MOQ and lead time; the exact figures come back with the quotation once the profile, quantity and destination are known.
